This is the second house that I have worked with 8M Solar for the installation of my roof mounted PV system. From start to finish, 8M has provided excellent service. The price quoted was very fair. From the moment I signed the contract, I was kept informed of the projects progress and when I could expect the installation. 8M handled the permit application, interface with Duke Energy, and of course the installation. The team is very professional. The quality of the installation is a great representation of the 8M Team. I will use 8M again on my next project.

Great experience with 8M Solar and our team lead Rana! Prompt communication and excellent follow through. There were a few snags with our project, including a battery that was dead on arrival (at no fault of 8M). 8M led us through the warranty process and got it taken care of quickly. The install crew kept the site very clean, which we really appreciated. Following installation, they were receptive to following up on some punch list items and did a complete job that we were happy with. We're happy to have solar at our house and a great company that is continuing to support us!

Highly recommend, 8MSolar accommodated a number of design changes and worked closely with my roofing company to maintain my Fortified roof certification. They kept to their schedule, working around severe weather events while having to travel over 3 hours to the East Coast to work. They followed though with County and Electric Company inspection I had no need to call or chase any of these steps. 10kw System with Powerwall 3, has been working as expected for since late October 24.
