We are seeking an HR and Office Manager to become a part of our growing team! You will be responsible for managing HR and office management activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Manage offer letter generation, pre-employment checks and new hire onboarding
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Organizing the office layout, maintaining common areas, and managing filing systems
- Ordering office supplies, stationery, and maintaining inventory
- Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries, and communicating with employees, customers, and visitors
- Generate and manage social media content from creation to posting
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks knowledge
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Notary required
