We are seeking an HR and Office Manager to become a part of our growing team! You will be responsible for managing HR and office management activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Manage offer letter generation, pre-employment checks and new hire onboarding
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • Organizing the office layout, maintaining common areas, and managing filing systems
  • Ordering office supplies, stationery, and maintaining inventory
  • Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries, and communicating with employees, customers, and visitors
  • Generate and manage social media content from creation to posting

Qualifications:

  • Quickbooks knowledge
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Notary required
