From the moment I signed the contract, I was kept informed of the projects progress and when I could expect the installation. 8M handled the permit application, interface with Duke Energy, and of course the installation. I purchased the Tesla solar system along with the battery pack over six months ago, and I’m very happy with the performance so far. The system has been running smoothly and has helped reduce our reliance on the grid significantly. I did run into a minor issue with the 60amp breaker inside the Tesla Backup Gateway.
